Personal data permitted by the subject for distribution – personal data, the access to which is provided to an unlimited circle of people by the subject of personal data by giving consent for processing in accordance with the Personal Data Law (hereinafter referred to as personal data permitted for distribution).

  • Independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the obligations established by the Personal Data Law and other relevant regulations unless otherwise provided by law.
3.2. The Operator must:
  • Provide the subject of personal data with information related to the processing of their personal data upon request;
  • Organize personal data processing in accordance with Russian Federation legislation;
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from the subjects of personal data and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;
